Did you know most of what we say doesn’t come out of our mouths? Explore how gestures, facial expressions, posture, and even silence speak volumes! We often see and sense our friends’ needs. Learn how to observe and share heartfelt, empathetic responses.
THIS is a set of people pictures along with some thoughts and prompts to talk about how we listen by observing! Use this with the Peer Ministry session NONVERBAL – SKILLS FOR UNDERSTANDING WHAT IS NOT SPOKEN, or as a stand-alone experience to talk about listening, people’s needs, and noticing others’ feelings.
